What data the apps process
The categories of data each app processes are declared on its App Store page, under “App Privacy”.
When an app needs access to a device feature, such as the camera, photos or location, it asks for it through the system permission prompt. You can grant or withdraw that permission at any time in the device settings.
Downloads and purchases
Downloads and, where applicable, purchases are made through the App Store, whose operator processes those data under its own privacy policy. MORENOIBAÑEZ S.L. does not receive payment details.
Support
If you write to support, we process your email address and the information you include in your message only to handle your request.
Purpose and legal basis
- Providing the features of the app you use: performance of the app’s terms of use (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accessing device features that require permission: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Handling support requests: our legitimate interest in answering those who write to us (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. Afterwards, they are kept blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liability that may arise, as provided in article 32 LOPDGDD, and are erased when those periods end.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Providers of technical services to MORENOIBAÑEZ S.L., such as email, may access them as data processors, with the safeguards of article 28 GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to me@e-dani.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and which app it concerns. We will reply within the one-month period set by article 12 GDPR.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) through its electronic office (aepd.es).
