This policy explains how personal data are processed on the website www.e-dani.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). The processing of data in the iOS apps is explained in the apps privacy policy.

What data we process
This website has no forms, uses no analytics tools and sets no cookies. We do not ask you for any personal data to browse it.
We only process personal data when you write to us by email: your email address, the name you sign with and the information you include in your message.
Purpose
We use those data only to read and answer your enquiry, whether it is a request for information about our services or a support request. We do not use them to send marketing communications or to build profiles, and we make no automated decisions with them.
Legal basis
- When your enquiry concerns our services, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or the performance of a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Otherwise, our legitimate interest in answering the communications addressed to us (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry. Afterwards, they are kept blocked for the limitation periods of any legal liability that may arise, as provided in article 32 LOPDGDD, and are erased when those periods end.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The providers of email and web hosting services to MORENOIBAÑEZ S.L. may access them as data processors, with the safeguards of article 28 GDPR.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to me@e-dani.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for the additional information needed to confirm it. We will reply within the one-month period set by article 12 GDPR.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) through its electronic office (aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its update date.
The Spanish version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
