Ecommerce and store operations

We turn the day-to-day running of a Shopify store —tax, languages, shipping, warehouse and catalogue— into systems you own, that run on their own and leave an audit trail.

The problem

An online store selling into several countries ends up being held together by hand: invoices checked one by one, translations that fall behind, shipping labels produced in three different dashboards and a warehouse that doesn’t always hear about what’s been sold. Off-the-shelf apps each solve one slice, each come with their own bill and none of them talk to each other. Your team ends up reconciling systems instead of selling.

How we work

We start from how your operation actually runs, not from a feature list. We walk an order with you from checkout to invoice and dispatch, and pinpoint where time is lost and mistakes creep in. Each module is built as a standalone Shopify app, deployed on our Kubernetes platform through GitOps: if one piece fails the rest keep going, and every change is versioned and can be rolled back.

Anything that touches money or customers leaves a trail. Integrations talk through events, with retries and a dead-letter queue, and critical processes run an automatic audit that raises the alarm before a customer notices. AI steps in where it earns its keep —translating, drafting, classifying— and a person always approves what gets published.

None of this is theoretical. It is the system Skirmshop Spain, our reference ecommerce business, runs on: what we propose is already in production, handling real orders, real taxes and real carriers.
