Sistema Galán: an interactive proposal for a bodybuilding coach

A proposal you can walk through, listen to and question: 23 modules to digitise the method of a coach who still runs it all by hand, with an AI assistant and screens for every phase.

Challenge
Alberto Galán keeps track of all his clients by hand —Excel plans, photo check-ins, WhatsApp voice notes, payments and competitions— and needed a clear view of what would take work off his plate, what it would cost and how it would roll out.
Solution
A private web proposal laying out the system's 23 modules, bundles and phased plan, the screens of the future app, and a side assistant that reads any section aloud and answers only from the proposal's real figures.

View solution: Business management

Alberto Galán is a bodybuilding and nutrition coach. He coaches both people on diet plans and athletes who compete. The proposal started with a message from him in April 2026 asking for a quote for his business, and it began with an advantage: Daniel has been one of Alberto’s clients for a long time and knows his method from the inside.

The challenge

Alberto’s method works; the problem is that he holds it together by hand. Every fortnight he types up a spreadsheet per client, keeps review dates in his head, compares progress photos from memory, handles supplements over chat and organises competition entries in group messages. The more clients he takes on, the more of his day goes on catching up.

A PDF quote wasn’t going to cut it. Alberto isn’t technical, and he needed to understand, in his own terms, what would change in his day, what each part would cost and what would happen if something didn’t convince him.

The solution

We built a private web proposal that you move through like an app. It sets out a client-management system with logins for him, for each client and for his assistant, organised into 23 modules: client records, photo check-ins with side-by-side comparison, a plan generator in his own format, diets with food swaps, WhatsApp and transcribed voice notes, a per-client assistant, a memory of his whole practice, payments, invoicing, competitions, a supplement shop, a mobile app and more. Every module has a fixed price and can be bought on its own or as part of one of three bundles.

The plan runs in eight phases. Each one is delivered working and, if it doesn’t win him over, everything stops there and the next phase isn’t paid for. The proposed system’s AI runs on our infrastructure, so his clients’ data isn’t sent to third-party AI services.

Alongside the proposal sits an assistant. Alberto can highlight any passage and have it read aloud —in Daniel’s cloned voice— or ask about that section, typing or speaking. The assistant answers only from the proposal’s data: it is barred from inventing prices, timelines or results and from giving medical or nutritional advice. If it doesn’t know something, it says so and offers to pin it down with Daniel.

So the system could be seen before it’s built, the designer in our agent organisation produced 32 app screens, at least one per module, for desktop and mobile. The athlete photos shown are generated images of people who don’t exist.

The outcome

The proposal is live, password-protected and verified in production. As of today it is a proposal awaiting a decision, and we present it as exactly that. What it shows is how we sell projects: fixed scope, prices that don’t move and a client who can ask anything they like before signing.
